Restorative Yoga with Thai Massage
This restorative journey begins with you being guided into restorative postures. Postures are held anywhere from 3-10 mins, using props to support you so you do not have to effort at all. The only work you are to do is breathe deeply, let go, and relax.
As you rest and breathe, Louisa and Liv will apply Thai massage and compassionate hands to work the energy lines and acupressure points in your body. You will be guided into restful meditation with essential oils to engage senses and rest your mind and body.
This class is unifying and healing practice focused on the senses of caring, love, and respect. It is a great way to spend a little time with one’s self,or with a loved one to feel relaxed and connected. This class is more like a spa treatment and is one not to be missed.
